Narval CC est une orthèse d’avancée mandibulaire (OAM) dont l’efficacité clinique est démontrée, indiquée pour le traitement du ronflement et d’apnée obstructive du sommeil (AOS) léger à modéré.1, 2 ,4
En cas de SAOS sévère, elle est indiquée après un échec, un refus ou une mauvaise observance du traitement par ventilation en pression positive continue (PPC)5 ,6.
Le confort mis en avant par les patients¹˒²˒⁴
- 89 % des patients ne ronflaient plus bruyamment après 3 mois¹.
- 79 % des patients ont obtenu une réduction d’au moins 50 % de leur indice d’apnées-hypopnées (IAH) entre 3 et 6 mois².
- Près de 83 % des patients utilisent toujours leur dispositif chaque nuit après 5 ans².
- 10 % de contraintes en moins sur l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM) par rapport aux dispositifs fonctionnant en poussée⁷.
